SOLD

Okay just a quick post with a promise to do something better next weekend......

Watson house is SOLD as of yesterday!!!! To an investor who will do it up and rent it.....

It is great news and the car at Scribbly Gums is also gone and contracts exchanged so all is lloking just fine at the moment.

Will post on the weekend with more fun....until then keep safe
